The Publications Director strives to provide the most accurate information possible on this site. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in the update, either by itself or by external partners providing it with this information.

All information on this site is given as an indication and is likely to evolve. Moreover, the information on this site is not comprehensive. It is provided subject to change since it was put online.

5. Intellectual property and forgeries

The publication director is the owner of the intellectual property rights or owns the usage rights to all elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or processes used, is prohibited except with the prior written consent of the publication director.

6. Limitation of liability

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of this site is subject to Belgian law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of the publication director’s registered office.
